Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At ScoreCare Solutions OPC Private Limited, we strive to provide transparent and satisfactory services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our credit rectification, CIBIL improvement, and loan advisory services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You cancel the service within 24 hours of payment and no work has been initiated on your case.
- We are unable to initiate your case due to technical issues or incomplete information for which we cannot reach you after 3 attempts.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same service.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided in the following situations:
- Once our team has initiated dispute filing or rectification work with credit bureaus.
- If you fail to provide required documents or information within 15 days of request.
- If the desired credit score improvement or bureau outcome is not achieved — as stated in our Terms, we do not guarantee specific results.
- EMI processing fees or partner charges already paid to third-party lenders or banks.
- Franchise registration fees after KYC has been approved and dashboard access granted.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at hello@scorecare.in or WhatsApp +91-87618-37207 with your payment reference and reason. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Service Cancellation
You may request cancellation of ongoing services at any time. Cancellation stops future work but does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered or costs already incurred on your behalf.
6. Partial Refunds
In exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds proportional to the unutilized portion of the service, at our sole discretion. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate by emailing hello@scorecare.in with full details. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after the effective date.
